Oracle is issuing 51 security fixes for its product range tomorrow (Tuesday 16 October), as part of its quarterly patching cycle.

Oracle is issuing 51 security fixes for its product range tomorrow (Tuesday 16 October), as part of its quarterly patching cycle.

Some of the patches in the latest Critical Patch Update address vulnerabilities in multiple products.

The Critical Patch Update contains 27 security fixes for the Oracle Database, and 11 security fixes for Oracle Application Server.

The Update also contains eight security fixes for the Oracle E-Business Suite, two for Oracle Enterprise Manager, and three for Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise products.

There are no new security fixes affecting JD Edwards products.
