NetLedger, maker of the Oracle Small Business Suite, has unveiled advanced CRM features in its NetCRM and NetSuite products to allow enterprises to run their front- and back-office operations more effectively.

The latest features extend NetLedger's integrated application services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) needing sophisticated sales management, order placement, customer service, marketing automation, web publishing and accounting features.

Companies will benefit from greater accuracy in their sales forecasts, coupled with the ability to measure sales team performance. NetLedger's seamless integration of CRM with back-office accounting, inventory, and shipping functions will boost the offering's appeal to the mid-market.

"More mid-market companies can manage a more complex sales process and sell to larger organizations," said NetLedger president Nelson. "Once you move a deal through various stages of the pipeline, they can be weighted as to the likelihood of actually closing those deals. Those feed the forecast. We have sales orders as a part of our product. You can also track actuals in the forecast."

Other features include competitor tracking and quota management to allow sales representatives to know the numbers they need to hit.
