Getting access to RFID skills and training

If you're considering adopting RFID in your business, then you'd expect those helping you implement it to know their stuff. Or maybe you'd just like to know more yourself, such as the physics of RFID - how it is affected by metal and water, and how to counter those issues - plus the best position for readers, or understanding which are the most appropriate tags etc for the business application you're considering RFID for.

These are some of the issues you'd expect the RFID professionals to know about. So, in what's still a fledgling market, where is the training coming from for those professionals?

According to RFID Journal, there will now be a Web-based distance learning course for RFID implementors to prepare for the standard RFID certification course organised by Comptia

In the UK, one of the organisers of such RFID courses - whether for RFID novices, engineers, operators, project managers, even decision makers, is RFID4U
