The PREM hotel group is offering guests free Wi-Fi services via the platform.

As a result, guests at PREM's 20 hotels in Ireland, the UK and Belgium will avoid the expensive Wi-Fi charges currently levied by other hotel groups - which can cost between £10 and £15 a day.

PREM Group operates a variety of hotel brands, including Days Hotel, Ramada, Golden Tulip, and Tulip Inn.

"Free internet access in hotels is a growing trend throughout the European markets in which we operate," said Jim Murphy, managing director of the PREM Group.

"The solution allows us to meet the demands of our guests for free Wi-Fi in a way that makes economic sense," he said.

McDonald's restaurants in Belgium has signed up for the same Wi-Fi service to give customers free web access.

To get free access, users agree to watch ads before connecting.
