The global equipment distributor will use the Lawson M3 - designed specifically for the equipment service management and rental industries - to gain organisation-wide visibility into business processes and create a reliable, consolidated source of information.
It will use the Lawson S3 system to help optimise its human resources management.

"We have an aggressive business strategy that will significantly increase our parts and service revenue by the end of the decade," said Jeff Leigh, Finning vice-president of business processes and systems.
"To handle the increase in volume that will come from this growth, we need one, reliable IT system that is easy to use, tightly integrated with Caterpillar, and meets our global business, technical and customer needs."
