Furnishings retailer Dunelm is implementing SAP Supply Chain, Financials, HR and Payroll systems.
The retailer has more than doubled its store numbers in the past five years to 76 sites, and with more planned, the company needed scalable systems to handle its growth.
Dunelm finance director David Stead said, "As a result of expansion, at times we have had to work around the system not work through it."
The retailer's supply chain will be run from a single warehouse in Burton-on-Trent.
Dunelm is also implementing a new electronic point of sale system from Retail J, which it plans to have in all its stores by early next year.
The retailer planned its new systems with Paul Mason Consulting after a six-month assessment of its business needs.
