TeleWare, a provider of managed communication services, has announced the introduction of a new organisation to provide its sales specialists and top tier channel partners with specialist data, voice, application and integration skills.
The new Centre of Excellence aims to provide direct support to TeleWare Gold Partners across the breadth of client engagement, including pre-sales, technical support and bespoke customisation. The team of specialists will travel across the country to assist channel partners and will also run a number of training days covering advanced systems integration issues such as: QoS manipulation, multiple vendor PBX integration, hosted services and SIP implementation and testing.
“We are currently in the process of expanding our channel to market and we recognise that, for our partners, it is often difficult and expensive to create and maintain an implementation team with a deep knowledge of the myriad of data, voice, hosting and application technologies,” said Tony Knight, managing director of the TeleWare Group.
“The Centre of Excellence will act as a valuable resource for our top tier partners by providing highly skilled individuals to assist in the delivery of the best integrated solutions to customers across the UK and Western Europe,” he said.
