Computer scientists will focus on computing in the 21st century when they address delegates at the Institution of Analysts and Programmers' (IAP) annual conference later this year.
The one-day event, to be held at Trinity House, Tower Hill on October 20, is to feature guest speakers from institutions such as Oxford University, the Imperial College, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Russian Academy of Sciences. Among the topics to be discussed are artificial intelligence and the teleportation of quantum information.
