KPMG calls on CIOs to spill the beans of their IT service providers

As I mentioned in a blog post yesterday the comprehensive survey of service provider performance carried out by Equaterra since 2002 is up and running this year.

2012 sees the survey under the KPMG flag for the first time, following its acquisition of Equaterra.

The comprehensive study analyses the levels of performance of the major IT service providers by looking into the large deals and quizzing customers about their satisfaction levels.

Last year 220 senior executives from the top IT spending organisations participated and 650 outsourcing contracts, with total value in excess of £14bn were evaluated.

If you want to get involved you need only complete a simple web-based questionnaire that should take around 15 minutes to complete. All replies are confidential.

The survey will close in early April and the results will be published in May. Computer Weekly will report on them.

But if you do take part you will receive a copy of the full report as well as an invitation to an Executive Roundtable with your peers where the results will be presented.
