Downloadable and paid-for content will include official terrace chants from Everton's ground Goodison Park, 3D animated players, goal clips and match imagery.
Match highlights will be available from FA Premier League and Uefa Cup games, along with classic archive matches and interviews with the manager and players.
Mark Rowan, head of media and communications at Everton Football Club, said, "The club is keen to embrace new technologies and fully believes it has a big future in the mobile market."
