Using technology from Huddle, staff at AKQA can brainstorm ideas for projects, collaborate on pitch material and share content with clients. Clients can see how projects and campaigns are progressing, and what documents need approval.
The company says the Huddle portal cuts down on long e-mail conversations between multiple people and e-mails with large files attached, and reduces the need for expensive face-to-face meetings.
Robert Burns, executive director of information technology at AKQA, says teams are assigned work regardless of where they are geographically, making the Huddle system useful. "It enables us to keep track of projects in real time, view client feedback and clearly identify final proofs."
