Dunfermline Building Society appoints Graeme Hardie as IT general manager

Dunfermline Building Society has appointed Graeme Hardie as its new general manager for IT

Reporting directly to Dunfermline Building Society's chief executive Graeme Dalziel, Hardie will be responsible for the efficient running of all the society's IT systems.

Hardie will be looking after the branch network and the customer database of Scotland's largest mutual lender, with over 250,000 customers across the UK.

Dalziel said of the appointment, "Graeme has a wealth of experience in the IT sector, including change and programme management, systems development and consultancy.

"We have already had the benefit of Graeme's expertise for the past few months as IT project director, and I am delighted that he will be joining our executive team."

Hardie's previous roles include group IT director at BSkyB, systems manager for Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, and senior management consultant at Price Waterhouse.
