With version 7.3, users can take advantage of an automated dashboard facility for increased visibility across multiple workspaces where data is shared on a project or personnel basis.
The dashboard allows users to see who is currently sharing a data workspace, and can be integrated with Instant Messaging (IM) systems to enable real-time communication with colleagues.
The new version can also use EMC’s Documentum enterprise content management (ECM) platform, to ensure that content generated adheres to compliance controls and can be easily shared with other Documentum applications.
