TeleWare has introduced self-service capabilities for its hosted services customers, delivering multiple telephony applications to enterprises and service providers in a hosted environment.

Jill Hopkins, customer services director at TeleWare, said, “One of the indications from our regular customer satisfaction surveys is that moves and changes are always an issue for enterprise customers. This new capability enhances the service we provide to our customers by enabling them to make changes at their own pace and without having to call the TeleWare support services and ask them to make the change.”
The new web-based system enables enterprises to log in to a secure environment and implement their own moves and changes.
“Previously, we had to bill for manual moves and changes since there were staff and time costs involved,” said Hopkins. “The new self-service functionality means customers no longer have to pay for the changes they make – they are free of charge.”
