Blue chip companies sign up for managed e-mail services

Five private sector companies have chosen IT infrastructure consultancy Infratects to provide them with a managed e-mail service.

The companies include Denmark-based home entertainment manufacturer Bang & Olufsen, dairy industry giant Arla Foods, also of Denmark, liquefied gas distributor Adgas, based in the United Arab Emirates, Sweden-based premium wines and spirits brand sales and distributor, Maxxium, and global research company, Ipsos, of France. Collectively, these companies account for more than 20,000 customers.

Infratects is a premier European technology reseller partner of FrontBridge Technologies. Infratects has customers across Europe and Middle East which have purchased the e-mail security components of FrontBridge Total Message Management suite, including anti-virus, anti-spam, content and policy enforcement and disaster recovery.

Other components of the FrontBridge Total Message Management product being evaluated by Infratect’s customers include encrypted e-mail, message archiving and active disaster recovery.

“FrontBridge offers the industry’s most comprehensive managed service suite for e-mail compliance, security and continuity,” said Haiko Wolberinik, sales manager for Infratects. “The rapid traction we have achieved with blue chip customers is testament to the performance and breadth of services available through FrontBridge’s Total Message Management solution.”

FrontBridge claims that its Total Message Management product simplifies the tasks of administering a complicated, multifunctional messaging infrastructure by outsourcing operations to a single, trusted managed services provider.
