Getronics has agreed to sell Getronics Human Resources Solutions BV to NIB Capital Private Equity.

Getronics of Amsterdam will sell the HR business unit for €315m (£219m). Following a review of its assets, Getronics concluded that the unit was not part of its core business and should be sold to allow a new owner to develop its strategic position outside the group.

Getronics specialises in consulting, integrating, implementing and managing infrastructure and business systems and employs around 25,000 people in 30 countries.

NIP Capital Private Equity, which operates largely in the Benelux countries and Germany, has more than €14.1bn assets under management.
