JD Wetherspoonhas deployed a
web-based compliance checking system for its door
staff.
JD Wetherspoon has chosen the Trinity system from e-Cocoon. The
software - already in place at around 150 JD Wetherspoon's UK sites
and currently being rolled out to a further 500 - allows the chain
to automatically check that door staff have full Security Industry
Authority (SIA) accreditation.
It also enables JD Wetherspoon to ensure that individual pubs
are fully resourced and that the right numbers of senior staff are
on duty at all times.
Trinity works by logging staff reporting to work. It runs an
automatic check to ensure they have a valid and current SIA
badge.
In addition to automatically checking licences, Trinity also
logs staff out, saving time, money and resources for JD Wetherspoon
by enabling it to calculate the time worked by each individual and
automatically generate invoices to send to the provider
company.
By allowing it to track expenses incurred against budget in real
time, the software provides JD Wetherspoon with enhanced financial
management.
