Exams set up to meet needs of business

Qualifications in application and infrastructure management have been launched by the BCS Information Systems Examinations Board to help IT specialists match IT to business needs.

Qualifications in application and infrastructure management have been launched by the BCS Information Systems Examinations Board to help IT specialists match IT to business needs.

The IT Infrastructure Management Certificate is suited to people with one or two years' experience. It involves a five-day course and a three-hour exam. The Application Management Essentials Certificate has a three-day course and a multiple-choice exam.

Both qualifications are based on the best practice guidelines from the internationally recognised IT Infrastructure Library.
