BT and the cobbler's children

Neelie Kroes, the European Commission’s spearhead for a Digital Europe, has read the riot act to regulators.

She wants them to act against dominant telcos that don’t play fair with access to information and prices, especially if they compete to sell services over their networks.

I’ve had BT bods bashing my ear that offshore network operators don’t play fair with access or information, so Kroes seems to have a point.

Now what was that about the cobbler’s children?
