The SAP Travel Expense Report mobile app enables business travellers to create expense reports from a mobile device. SAP said users can take a photo of a receipt and submit expenses with a few clicks directly from a restaurant.
The SAP Customer Briefing mobile app offers a real-time dashboard to support customer interactions. The app provides real-time visibility of internal customer relationship management (CRM) data, as well as external business and news sources, while on the road. SAP said it allows sales professionals to view customer information, helping to ensure they are prepared for customer meetings.
In the retail sector, SAP has developed a Product Lookup mobile app, which it says can be used by retail staff on the floor to assist customers.
