Target and Amcat have forged an alliance to enable financial brokers to increase their loan processing speeds and offer customers more communication options.
Target’s BlueChip loan processing system and Amcat’s Contact Centre Suite call centre product are now fully integrated to streamline customer contact and loan processing.
The partnership will enable brokers to import information gathered during calls seamlessly into the Target Bluechip system.
The integration will enhance front-end application processing through technologies such as live agent scripting, call centre management reporting, and multi-channel capabilities integrating voice, e-mail, fax, web, voice over IP, instant messaging and video.
Steve Stone, head of broker services at Target, said, “The growth of call centres and the high automation needed in these environments means that integrating customer contact directly with TargetBluechip software is vital.”
TargetBluechip supports secured and unsecured loan processing, as well as mortgage processing.
