System C Healthcare has won a contract from Fujitsu Services to provide resources for the NHS Connecting for Health Southern Cluster.
System C will provide expert domain staff to augment Fujitsu’s deployment teams in the roll-out of the NHS Care Records Service (NHS CRS) across the south.
As local service provider (LSP) for the south of England, Fujitsu is providing local systems and services to healthcare professionals across the region to access and use the new NHS CRS.
The new contract will see System C working in partnership with Fujitsu to help deploy the new systems within the NHS Connecting for Health Southern Cluster as part of the National Programme for IT (NPfIT).
System C chief executive officer Dr Ian Denley said, “We are looking forward to a successful relationship with Fujitsu in the deployment of its new systems, using the experience we have gained from working within the NHS IT sector for over 14 years.”
