Microsoft has announced an update to its online CRM system, based on its Dynamics platform.
The May 2010 release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online integrates with the on-premises Microsoft Dynamics GP product. Microsoft said it also offers new language support, portal accelerators and cloud-based developer tools that help improve business connectivity.
Until 30 June, users of Microsoft Dynamics GP can buy a licence for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online at a rate of $19 per user, per month.
The company has also developed a retail version of Dynamics. The Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail product is aimed at mid-size speciality retailers. The product is due to be released in 16 countries on 1 August 2010, with additional countries to follow early next year.
Companies supporting the product include Avanade, Columbus IT, Fujitsu, Hitachi Consulting, Ideaca, Junction Solutions and Tectura.
