Microsoft has unveiled Dynamics Marketplace for its latest Dynamics CRM product at its worldwide partner conference in Washington.
The company said the new online catalogue, which is due to be available in September 2010, would provide a way for software companies that build applications based on Dynamics to distribute their products to Microsoft Dynamics customers.

For users, Microsoft said the marketplace would enable customers to search, discover and apply industry-specific applications and extensions from Microsoft and its partners to help them extend their CRM and ERP implementations.
Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace will be integrated within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, allowing customers to search for applications directly from within their CRM system. The company plans to make Dynamics CRM Online, the cloud-based version of the product, available in 40 markets and 41 languages by the end of 2010.
