I’ve been researching a number of companies that all do the same thing – not that you’d know it from the guff on their websites – their main differentiator was confusion. You need to keep your message simple.  To paraphrase Kipling’s maxim on the 5Ws: Use these five serving-folk. They say just what they do. To make sense of any site just ask What, Why, When, Where and Who.

Does your website say: What you do. Why you do it. When you do it. Why you do it and Who you are  – nothing else matters.
