Last week, Computer Weekly revealed that WH Smith is suing hardware suppliers Siemens and Fujistu Siemens Computers for £4.5m, alleging breach of contract and misrepresentation in the delivery of application and database servers. Some 53% of respondents agreed this type of action was worthwhile.
