I can't believe it's nearly time for the everywoman in Technology Leadership Academy again soon - where has the year gone?

I attended this event last year and found it to be an interesting and useful day (and not just because one of the workshops taught me how to communicate with men without making them feel criticised!)

This year the everywoman in Technology Leadership Academy takes place 12 June, at Cisco's Bedfont Lakes.

Everywoman say the event enables attendees to:

  • Take responsibility for their own career development
  • Extend their network and be inspired by other women in technology
  • Learn key skills that will drive their careers forward
  • Share experiences and learn from other women and their challenges
  • Use strategic thinking techniques to help achieve their ambitions
  • Negotiate and gain influencing tactics when faced with tough conversations in their worklife

If you're interested in attending you can register at www.everywoman.com/techacademy up until 25 March for a 20% discount - £200 + VAT (£250 + VAT after 25 March).

Attendees also receive a 50% discount on the cost of the everywomanNetwork - if you register before 25 March for the Academy - total cost £224.99 + VAT(£274.99 + VAT after 25 March).

Here you can see what happened at the academy last year.

I'll be attending again this year so I hope to see you there!
