New media, new journalism and the New York Times

GarnerJ
I am really interested in the way traditional media companies, like the one I work for, handle the move online. I guess its because I work at the coalface where that change is happening and I am also utterly fascinated about new ways of communicating (social media) and how journalism is changing as the medium and context changes.

I think this article in the New York Times magazine does a great job of explaining the changes at the New York Times - its called The New Journalism: Goosing the Gray Lady. It's a fascinating read.
