SAP names Noble successor

SAP has filled the vacant UK managing director post just weeks after the previous incumbent Tim Noble was moved to emerging markets, turning to a US director with channel experience.

SAP has filled the vacant UK managing director post just weeks after the previous incumbent Tim Noble was moved to emerging markets, turning to a US director with channel experience.

Steve Winter, who was chief operating officer of SAP North America, has been with the vendor for six years including a stint involved with ecosystems and alliances and the SME side of the business.

Winter said that the UK team had been doing good work and he wanted to "build on this momentum".

"We will continue to support customers of all sizes as they look to take advantage of our innovations, technologies and solutions to better run and manage their businesses," he added.
