July has been a busy month for us, a month that is traditionally dotted with enterprise tech events that have since been moved online amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
On the sidelines of Salesforce.com’s virtual event in the APAC region, we spoke with Rizwan Hazarika, the chief digital officer of SingEx, a key player in the events industry in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
During our conversation, Ridwan was candid about the challenges he is facing in transforming SingEx which has been very much affected by the dearth of physical events in the industry.
