UiPath & Snowflake unite on agentic automation
UiPath has forged a deeper partnership with Snowflake.
Styling itself as the “AI data cloud company” these days, Snowflake Cortex AI will now work alongside UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform.
Snowflake Cortex AI is a best described as a technology with features that work to integrate large language models and other AI entities with Snowflake’s own data platform. It enables data science and developer teams to analyse structured and unstructured data, while also executing tasks such as text summarisation and sentiment analysis.
Essentially, Snowflake Cortex AI allows teams to build AI applications directly within their existing data workflows using familiar SQL.
Bridging the gap
Into this new collaboration, the companies say they are working to bridge the gap between vision and impact across enterprise business processes.
The combination of UiPath’s Agentic Automation Platform and Snowflake’s Cortex AI Agents integrates enterprise-grade automation with one of a modern data platform. The integration expands the ability of UiPath Maestro to orchestrate low-code, no-code and other specialized agents.

Users can now orchestrate a new class of data agents that act directly on insights from structured and unstructured data in Snowflake.

Snowflake Cortex Agents allows users to build AI agents that retrieve insights by orchestrating across all enterprise data. Built on the high-accuracy retrieval of Cortex Analyst for structured data and Cortex Search for unstructured data, these agents solve the mismatch between AI models and data, allowing business users to ask complex questions and receive trusted answers grounded in the full context of their business.
UiPath agents can now take these insights to streamline existing processes and create new processes without overhauling the legacy systems or established workflows.
