As part of Wimbledon’s partnership with IBM, the Wimbledon digital platforms are kitted with IBM’s Watson Engagement Advisor, which uses IBM ‘InfoSphere’ technology to drive related content, whether new or historical, to users based upon real-time match events.

For example, should a player hit the fastest serve, information surrounding the serve will be driven to readers, alongside content related to the last time this happened.

It will also be able to compare current player performance with previous years, and give real-time updates on how they are doing and how they compare to previous matches they have played.
