Martha is the UK's Digital Champion and the Founder of Go ON UK which she Chairs. She is also Chair of the Government Digital Service's Advisory Board and sits on the Cabinet Office Efficiency and Reform Board. Martha co-founded lastminute.com in 1998 and sold the business to Sabre Holdings in 2005 – it is Europe's largest travel and leisure site. 

Martha founded Luckyvoice to transform the world of karaoke both online and offline, as well as her own grant giving foundation, Antigone in 2005. Martha is a Non-Executive Director at Marks and Spencer, MyDeco.com and the Orange Prize for Fiction. She is also Patron of AbilityNet, Reprieve, Just for Kids Law and Camfed.
