Open source software and support company SourceLabs has launched a Java application stack and a premium support service for businesses.

The Sash stack is designed to simplify server-side Java software development by integrating components such as a web user interface framework, an interoperable web services stack and database access. It includes open source support for Java programming frameworks including Struts, Axis Spring and Hibernate. It also offers supporting libraries integrated with commercial and open source infrastructure software.

SourceLabs said it has tested Sash against Weblogic Server and the Oracle database management system.

SourceLabs is also offering a premium support and maintenance service.
