Ricoh has signed up Midwich on an exclusive basis to carry its projector range, including its latest short throw product.

Midwich will have access to the full range of products from the entry level right up to the high end with the Ultra Short Throw, designed to be placed close to walls, a recent addition the vendor expects to win business in the corporate area.

Sarah Sweet, indirect channel marketing manager at Ricoh UK said it had chosen Midwich to launch the range and expected the distributor to integrate it with other offerings they handled.

"The new projectors can be used with interactive whiteboards and retro-fit solutions, giving users more scope to engage with their audience, or with video and web conferencing systems for improved teamwork and faster decision-making," she said.

Stuart Mizon, business manager, Midwich said that the partnership added to the relationship it already had with the vendor.
