Konica Mintola has shuffled its management pack with the UK managing director of the last five years returning to Japan.

The decision by Yuki Kobayashi to head back to the HQ in Japan gives an opportunity for the operations director and company secretary Neil Dingley taking over the UK managing director role.

Dingley has worked closely with Kobayashi as the management steadied the ship and got the business heading in the right direction.

"Despite a challenging economic environment, we have seen growth of our business in new markets and are seeing our brand strengthen as a key player in the provision of managed print and document management solutions, further our vision of developing long term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers and strategic partners is making real progress," said Dingley.
