Exclusive Networks is improving the level of technical support it offers resellers to ensure that it doesn't miss out on opportunities because of a lack of skills.

The distribution group, which acquired Arc and Vadition, can provide resellers with access to 25 full-time trainers and has invested in making sure it can deliver a uniform response to technical queries from both resellers and vendors.

"We think that no partner should be held back from winning business through a lack of technical resources," said Olivier Breittmayer, CEO of Exclusive Networks Group.

"We've designed our services to augment partners' own capabilities, accelerate return on investment for new or extended propositions, and increase business opportunity with existing and prospective clients," he added.

Resellers will be able to choose if they want to use the distributor's professional and managed services to plug the gaps in their own capabilities.
