Business comms provider Daisy Group has formed a new product specialist partner support team to help underpin growth in the breadth of its product lines.
Sitting behind its channel-centric account and sales teams, with specialisms in data, hosted IP telephony and mobility, Daisy said the team had been picked to provide a "seamless quote-to-bill" process for its resellers, allowing them to focus on their sales operations.
Daisy's indirect channel head Andrew Wilson said the addition of technical experts to the team meant the firm could "enhance product share amongst business parters".
"Listening to the channel, we found that businesses want to enter new markets but are looking for a suitable partner supplier to help them get there," he explained.
"Already we are seeing growth in these areas; partners who have previously only sold a couple of products are now taking advantage of this greater portfolio."
Daisy reckons it has doubled the size of its channel product offering in the past 14 months, adding hosted IP telephony and data service lines to its core mix of networking services.
