Oracle solutions specialist Inoapps has acquired fellow Oracle partner and managed services provider Teamsolve for an undisclosed sum.
Inoapps, which has won a flurry of Oracle partner awards in recent years, said the growth-centric acquisition would create a company with strengths based on "complementary skills, technologies and distribution channels."
The acquisition also boosts its Oracle specialisations to nine.
Inoapps founder and CEO Andy Bird said that key technology developments had made it a "critical time for the Oracle partner community", opening up wider opportunities for the software giant's resellers.
"This acquisition provides us with even greater depth of skill and breadth of services, allowing us to seize even more opportunities for the creation of customer benefits," said Bird.
