Daisy has now trebled its local workforce and is now planning a major growth push in the market, where it claims to have around 4,500 customers. The local organisation is to be led by Graham Roger, who joined Daisy from Thus at the start of the year.
Speaking to MicroScope, Daisy COO Gareth Kirkwood said the firm saw a massive opportunity to cross- and up-sell the various services Daisy can now provide in Scotland.
"There's a certain uniqueness to the market here; Scottish businesses like to be serviced by Scottish-based sales and services organisations," said Kirkwood. "We've a great track record of innovation and we like to think we can help Scottish businesses do that, but we couldn't get that message across were we not based there."
