Motorola hardware dealers buying through Avnet will now be able to source lead generation services and collateral through a new Marketplace website being rolled out across Europe.

Launched this week, Marketplace users will be able to create a tailored company profile page, including information about vertical specialisations, product sets and case studies, along with a dedicated enquiry form for end users to contact the partner directly.
Avnet Technology Solutions product business group director of EMEA, Keith Robinson, said the new service would help Motorola VARs address the challenge of tracking down new business in the current environment.
"It has become increasingly challenging for our partners to find new end user opportunities. At the same time we realise it is hard for end users looking to deploy a mobile technology in their business to find a trusted partner," he said.
Participating partners will be required to become Avnet Certified Partners, and must hold up-to-date Motorola certifications, as well as the ability to provide local language tech support, said Avnet.
