Network support services house Intact Integrated Services is to roll out a new Service Delivery Management set-up that it claims will help resellers avoid SLA penalties.

The firm claims the end-to-end services lifecycle management offering, which monitors SLA performance and brings down overall product risk, will give resllers the chance to focus on delivering better value in other areas.
Intact CEO Bob Dalton said services providers were finding it much harder for their project teams to have a single, consolidated view of activity within their clients' networks, particularly in larger, multinational projects.
"Add in the complexity that that comes with common approaches such as convergence, virtualisation and external cloud-based services, as well as the blurring between in-house, managed services and outsoruced, it's often very difficult to identify who's actually responsible for the delivery of specific business processes," said Dalton.
"Our goal is to deliver the service delivery support and monitoring that will help our partners avoid having to pay substantive contractual penalties for non-compliance," he added.
