Building on 3Com's historic focus on the SMB market, HP Networking has today introduced its first ever channel partner specialisation for dealers selling into the SMB sector.

The new programme will offer perks including better financial incentive programmes, focused account management, sales and marketing tools and eligibility to participate in lead-generation activities.
Qualified resellers will also get preferred access to HP's Network Design Centre, which enables partners to configure and test bespoke network set-ups for their customers.
HP Networking EMEA channel sales director Maarten Reinders said the initiative was designed to help partners help their own clients reduce IT costs, simplify and upgrade their infrastructure in readiness for more sustained economic growth.
"With the help of this specialisation HP enables channel partners to offer SMBs the expanded HP Networking portfolio, while also offering financial incentives and access to tailored design options," he added.
