Surrey-based mobility reseller Arrow Mobile Communications has splashed out an undisclosed sum on the assets of phone systems, maintenance and network services outfit TMG.

BlackBerry, O2 and Vodafone reseller Arrow is building out a portfolio of managed services in the networking sector and claims that the addition of TMG to its business will complete its portfolio.

Earlier this year it launched a hosted services suite to take advantage of the movement towards voice and data convergence.

"[We] value TMG's expertise in voice and data convergence and their commitment to installing and maintaining telecommunications services," said Arrow boss Chris Russell.

TMG's customers, suppliers and employees are to be integrated into the Arrow business, and its Bromsgrove office is also to be maintained.

The reseller said the addition of its employees took its headcount to 77 across three offices, adding that it expected turnover to increase to over £20m per annum in 2011 as a result.
