Anite has revealed a couple of wireless deals transacted last month have helped it finish its half year with a flourish and trading has met the expectations the board laid down at the start of autumn.
In a brief trading update the software player with a focus on the wireless industry stated that trading for the six months ended 31 October had been in line with expectations and helped by some business closed just before the month was up.
"Against this stable backdrop, a number of wireless deals that had been anticipated to complete it the early weeks of the second half concluded in late October resulting in a strong close to the half year," is stated.
Although profits for the first half should be up on forecasts there is not going to be a change to expectations for the full trading year. Anite will announce half year numbers at the start of December.
