Samsung Electronics has launched a new resale programme and online partner portal pitched at its print and print services dealer channel, which it claims will offer resellers higher margins on its printer lines.

The vendor says it has seen significant uplift in sales in recent months, and is keen to keep the trend going into the back end of the year.
Partners signing up to the scheme will be eligible for an upfront discount on selected devices, as long as they are an unmanaged reseller account - with no account manager engagement through Samsung - and have a field sales team in place.
"We are determined to ensure that our partners can make money and maintain growth from selling our range," sais Samsung UK IT business vice president Graham Long.
