The senior management team at telecoms distributor Nimans has a 2005 feel to it as Richard Carter rejoins the business after a recent stint at Rocom.
Carter worked at Nimans until 2005 and then headed to Rocom as new b usiness development director before rising to managing director but left the business, which was acquired by Nimans .
His return to the fold as business development director reunites Carter with chairman and managing director Julian Niman (both pictured_.
"Finally after six months of planning the new management team is in place," said Niman.
"[Carter's] first task will be to build a new communication department to re-establish our reputation of excellence recognised by ourselves, suppliers and most importantly our customers," he added.
Carter said that telco distribution was "in his blood" and he had enjoyed seeing some familiar faces but was up for the challenge.
