Dubbed MarketLeaders, the programme will encompass various partner-focused services and pre-packaged campaigns covering key Avaya product areas such as unified communications, contact centres and so on.
It also includes bespoke and managed service elements to meet various differing partner needs.

Today also marks the beginning of the end for the Nortel enterprise channel, with resellers set to begin induction into Avaya's new Connect channel programme.
As previously explored by MicroScope, Avaya's Aura platform will ultimately form the core of a converged product set that will include key elements of the Nortel portfolio.
