Harvey joined the US printer vendor almost a decade ago as DSGi Retail's account manager, became sales director in 2005, general manager for the consumer division in 2007 and more recently headed up the entire channel operation.
Wireless peripherals maker Logitech has been an acquisitive presence in the market, and in the past few years has swallowed Ultimate Ears, SightSpeed, LifeSize Communications and Paradial AS.
"With all the companies Logitech has bought I am looking to develop channels," Harvey told MicroScope.
He is on gardening leave at present but joins as UK and Ireland GM at the beginning of August.
Callow, a veteran of the printer industry, launched a career in the sector with Lexmark in 2000 before moving to Brother as national sales manager almost three years later.
He re-joined Lexmark two and a half years ago as marketing director.
