Hewlett-Packard has shuffled its enterprise exec team and replaced the managing directors for its EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific/Japan operations.

Software and solutions head honcho Thomas Hogan has been bumped up to executive VP of sales, marketing and strategy for HP's $54bn enterprise business.
"The global consolidation of sales and marketing will be instrumental in leveraging the power of our enterprise portfolio and will position HP to better server our valued clients," claimed Ann Livermore, HP executive VP for the enterprise unit.
Closer to home, EMEA managing director Francesco Serafini will become the boss of emerging markets to be replaced by Jan Zadak, who was most recently VP of sales for enterprise business in the region.
Across the pond, HP has recruited VMware general manager of the Americas Richard Geraffo Jr as managing director of its homeland operation and in Asia Pacific/Japan Doraisamy Balu is retiring to be replaced by Piau Phang Foo.
"These executive appointments mark an important next chapter in the evolution of the enterprise business," said Livermore.
